The property zoning is A-1 Agricultural (not A-1 Exclusive) which allows for flexible home and outbuilding (barns and sheds) allowances and animals. There are only four townships in Dane county that still have this flexible AG zoning. With the present zoning regulations, these lots are very hard to find and get approved for a rural homesite.
